Halfway there
to another full year
A lot happens in 6 months
You might not realize it, but you probably did a lot during the first half of the year.
If you have some free time, try one of the following to review the first 6 months of the year:
Scroll through your photos: where did you go? what did you eat? who did you meet? what did you see?
Look through your calendar and see what you have scheduled and completed.
Review your journal: what insights did you have? how far have you come? what do you want to do next?
More likely than not, you might be surprised to see that you did a lot, endured a lot, and experienced both gain and loss. Perhaps you picked up a new hobby, or you started a new project or completed something. You probably visited someplace new or ate something you never tried before.
I’m guessing you met new people too and even said goodbye to those same people. Some goodbyes may have been easy, some much harder. For some of you, 6 months doesn't feel long enough and for others it has felt way too long.
6 months doesn't seem like a lot, but it is. You existed, you lived, you mattered.

Halfway there!
