Planning Ahead

I used to be a biology teacher for a high school in Los Angeles from 2010-2012. It was through program called Teach for America.

In my first year, I really did not know what I was doing. I wasn’t a natural speaker, and I was too young and inexperienced to be granted immediate respect. But, I made up for it through hard work, lesson planning, and care.

So I thought, maybe, I should apply those same qualities to writing this newsletter - especially the planning part.

Wow, I look young.

2025 Topics to Cover

So I created this syllabus. It gives you an idea of what you can look forward to reading this year, and it also gives me direction for what I’ll write about each week! It’s a work in a progress, but I already have many topics I look forward to writing more about. Feel free to send me suggestions of topics you may be interested in as well.

2025 Syllabus

My Goal is to share as much about the topic of therapy in a way that is educational, engaging, and easy to read. I hope that this makes therapy easier to understand and access and reduce any associated stigma. Share this with anyone who might be interested in these topics!
